Is JEK Travels an accredited and licensed agency?

Yes, JEK Travels is an accredited and licensed agency with IATA (International Air Transport Association). We are members with Travel Leaders affiliated Agency.


What are your hours?

Our business hours are Monday - Thursday 9am -6pm, and Fridays 9am-3pm.


Why should I work with JEK Travels?

JEK Travels is a full service travel consulting agency specializing in Luxury and Group Travel. We have been curating individual and group travel arrangements since 2011. Our clients know that we are with them every step of the planning process from the time they submit a travel inquiry to when they return from vacation and even afterwards. We have built an extensive relationship with the vendors and suppliers we work with to ensure your vacation is flawless without any issues.

How much are your planning fees?

Ours vacation planning fees start at $250, the cost varies depending on the nature of your trip.


Why do you charge a planning fee?

Our fee covers the time spent doing the research and curating the perfect custom itinerary for our clients. Should you decide not to utilized our services and book elsewhere we are still compensated for our time and expertise.


Do you offer membership options?

For our elite clients that wants the concierge option year round we offer the JEK Travels.


Do I need to make payments every month?

Every effort should be made to make your monthly payments. If you find yourself in a situation to where a payment can't be made, please send us an email to make us aware.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, JEK Travels understand the need to spread your vacation payments out over time. We offer flexible payment plans to our clients. The availability of a payment plan is dependent on several sceneries the amount of time until your travel date from 1st deposit, and final balance due date set by supplier. Monthly payments will be broken down for you on your invoice spreader out evenly.


Do you offer refunds?

For groups and custom trips we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Individual trips please see our terms and conditions. Each client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.


What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


What happens if I make my payments and my roommate fails to pay?

It will be your responsibility to find a new roommate, or you will be responsible to pay additional costs for the room occupancy change.


What happens if my roommate cancels their reservation?

If your roommate cancels you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate change and your account balance will be adjusted to reflect the change.


After I make my reservation, how do I make my monthly payments?

You can elect to have your payments come out automatically each month or you can make payments via the authorization email you will receive monthly.


Can I make a reservation after payments have started?

Yes, reservations can still be paid on a trip as long as there is availability. The deposit will need to be paid with monthly payments



Do you provide roommate matching?

No, we do not provide roommate matching.


What happens after I make my reservation?

After your reservation is made, you will start receiving your account summary confirmations. It will show your monthly payment plan.


What if i need to cancel a trip?

Please refer to our terms and conditions policy via our website.


What is your booking process?

When you're ready to book your vacation fill out the travel inquiry. Once the form is submitted you will be contacted for a FREE consultation where we will go over the details of your trip.Our services and fees will be explained and after the fee is taken care of we will proceed with moving forward to planning a memorable vacation for you.


When will i receive my travel documents?

Travel documents are sent to clients 15-30 days before the trip via email.


Is travel insurance required?

Travel insurance is not required to book a vacation. Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your travel investment. If you elect to decline travel insurance with JEK Travels, you will be required to sign a travel insurance decline waiver.
