Do you book all types of travel?
Our vacation planners book all types of travel EXCEPT AIR-ONLY TRIPS. We only issue airline tickets as part of All-Inclusive vacation packages. If you would like to book your own air trip click HERE.
Can I use JEK TRAVELS personalized vacation planning services even if I don’t book through that agent?
If you are using the vacation planning services of a JEK TRAVELS travel agent, we ask that all clients follow through with booking your vacation through that agent. This way your agent can be compensated for their hard work. Most of our clients are ready deposit in hand to book their vacation. For those who are just shopping around we have a administrative fee that we charge and that fee is to compensate our agency for valuable time spent researching various vacation packages for you.
Do you have office hours?
Our official office hours are Monday-Thursday from 9AM – 6PM EST; Fridays 9AM-3PM and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If you’re unsure then the best way to reach us is by email. Our emails are checked constantly.
Why did I get sent to voice mail when I called?
Our agents work very hard. If you call us and are unable to get through to us it is because we are either on the other line or away from our desks. Our jobs require us to be out of the office a lot, meeting clients, seminars, conferences, and our own travels. This is why we advise people to email us if possible. Thanks to smart phones we are able to get emails immediately as opposed to waiting to call in and check voice mails.
How does your service work?
You can either search for deals directly on our site by clicking here. Or just fill out our travel consultation form for the type of vacation you wish to book (hotel only, all-inclusive vacation package, cruise, etc) or you can schedule a Phone Consultation . Once we receive your information, we’ll try to find the best possible price, and will notify via email within 1 business day (unless our company is closed for a major holiday, then please allow an extra day). At that time, we will let you know all your options to book your vacation with JEK TRAVELS consultant.
How much does your service cost?

What is the booking process?
When you are ready to book your vacation you will fill out the booking form online and it will be received by a Vacation Planner Consultant. Once the form is filled out and submitted your Vacation Planning Consultant will book your travel arrangements and email you a copy of the confirmation. It’s a very easy process and your specialist will be there every step of the way to answer your questions or offer their help and guidance.
What if I want to make my own travel arrangements?
If you would like to make your own travel arrangements you still support us. We are affiliated with different travel partners to make your booking process easy. Start with our travel page when researching and if you need help we’re only a phone call away.
Do I have to pay you up front for my vacation?
The deposit requirements are set by the resorts, hotels, airlines, etc. Deposit amounts, due dates, terms, conditions and policies vary based on the resort or package you select. That deposit is made via JEK TRAVELS directly to the supplier you are using for your vacation. This way you are assured that your deposit is applied directly to your vacation at the time of booking. Some packages do require that you pay the balance 45 days prior to your arrival. Again, that payment is made directly to the supplier company (hotel, resort, etc). Your agent will explain the deposit amounts, due dates, and all other policies before booking your trip.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, JEK TRAVELS understand the need to spread your vacation payments out over time. We offer flexible payment plans to our clients on qualified trips. The availability of a payment plan is dependent on several sceneries the amount of time until your travel date from your 1st deposit, the overall value of your trip, and the final balance due date set by the supplier. Land Tours: (Vacation Packages) A land tour deposit is anywhere from $150-$200 per person. We use the date of the payment to determine the length of time until your departure date of travel. The dates are set by the supplier as your final balance due date (usually 30-40 days before departure). If your airfare is not part of the package, a separate payment will be required to cover airfare in full. To avoid this we recommend a tour and vacation package that includes airfare in order for you to spread those payments out over the course of the payment plan, unless you request otherwise.
Planning Trip: We accept payment plans on qualifying trips that are at least 90 days from the date we receive your initial deposit. We recommend using payment plans for trips that are at least 6-12 months from the date of your initial deposit payment.
Cruise Vacations: Cruise deposits are based on the length of the cruise. Shorter cruises 3-5 days, deposits range from $50 – $250 per person. For longer cruises, 6 days or longer deposits range from $200 – $500 per person. Like land vacation packages, we will use the date of departure to determine payment and the length of time until your desired cruise date set by the cruise line and final payment due date (usually 60 – 90 days before departure). If you do not elect cruise airfare that is offered by cruise lines to purchase, then a separate payment will be required to cover airfare in full.
Planning Tip: We accept payment plans on qualifying cruises that are at least 120 days from the date we receive your initial deposit. We recommend using a payment plan for cruises that are at least 6-12 months from the date of your initial deposit.
Do you have a return or refund policy?
We do not have a return policy as we do not sell anything directly. Any tickets, hotel stays, or car rentals booked through our site or our agents are subject to the refund, return, and cancellation policies of the supplier such as the Airline, Hotel Resort, Rental Car Company, etc. For additional protection against these policies, we recommend Travel Protection.
What if I need to cancel a trip I booked with you?
The cancellations terms and conditions are based off of the policies of the resorts, hotels, and cruise lines our specialists book you at. They should be outlined in your booking confirmations, however if you cannot find it or have questions, just ask your specialist and they will be happy to help. As soon as you know you need to cancel, contact your specialist. You don’t want to wait too long and cancel when it is too late. We understand things come up, that is why we recommend Travel Protection. It protects your money should you have to cancel at a time when refunds are unavailable through your supplier.
