Next Steps:

We connect by you filling out a trip inquiry to  gather some essential trip details. We schedule a phone consultation and go over details, the planning fee is paid and the process is started.


To get started we will have you fill out our Trip Planner Form and start the FREE initial consultation to learn about your desires for your vacation and to ensure we're a good fit. It is important that you fill out the trip inquiry in full detail. We will review your information you submit, and you will receive a link to schedule your consultation to go over your travel inquiry. We will go over in detail all aspects of your trip and our services and fee structure. After the consultation is over and you decide to utilize our services then you will pay the Personal Travel Concierge Retainer, which starts at  $250 for VIP Customized Vacation Planning  / $450 for Group Planning 10 or more for new clients / $900 for Destination Wedding Planning.


After the FREE Initial Consultation, you can leave all the planning to us to create a custom one of a kind dream vacation for you to fit your needs. We work hand in hand a vast number of suppliers to help create the perfect destination vacation for you and you. Custom Itineraries will be created and given to you to select your preferred.  This itinerary will be composed of your transportation, transfers, accommodations and excursions of choice. The planning phase takes between 4-6 days for individual trips and 2-4 weeks for groups as we work with many suppliers on different work and  time zones schedules. Airfare is general open 6 to 7 months prior to departure dates. Once everything is completed we will follow back up to discuss all aspects of the trip and answer any concerns you may have before confirming your trip.


If everything looks good with your approval of the trip you will gain access to our client portal to complete the taskers for everyone attending the trip with you. Group trips each client will get their own access to submit the information. The deposit will be required or full payment depending on trip date of departure. Payments can be made via our payment form or an authorization on the client portal. Once all the admin is taken care of with payments we will proceed to secure the reservations and follow up with payment schedules and final payments.


Trip documents will be sent via e-docs or by mail 30 days prior to travel dates.  Inside the documents you will receive your Itinerary with hotel information, airfare, guidelines for transfer service and information pertaining to the destination of travel. After you receive your documents we will reach out to see if you have any questions pertaining to the information you received.


You pack your bags and get ready enjoy your dream vacation. We are with you every step of the way from the beginning to end if anything is needed.


After your trip is over, we will reach out  to follow up on your travel experience. We love to hear all the details of our clients trip, if  you had any issues, did the staff go above and beyond and suggestions for future trips.
